Very small world. I spent a lot of my mis-spent youth in Woolwich! Had mates in Plumstead also although technically us East End boys shouldn't cross the water as you know!

Thank you very much for the tip. Whilst it may not be a good idea, I thought showing basic etiquette to reply to people that wish me well would be perfectly fine? Or should I wait to respond over a period of time when it would appear rude? Perhaps the mod's will see it as an English person with manners rather than delete them?
