I'm finally introducing myself after over a year of lurking and a month of membership. I've really come to appreciate BHW as an amazing concentration of useful information in one easy to access place. There are some super generous contributors on here and I'm hoping that one day I'll be able to help people along in their journeys just as they do now.
I'm pretty much a complete neophyte when it comes to IM and up to this point in time I've mostly just half heartedly started on projects without treating it as a real job. More than any method I think that's the key...treating it as a job. That's the crossroads I'm at right now. Technically I guess I do make money online, $200/month for writing a weekly blog for a real estate team (my wife got me the gig). My degree is in English and this is the first time I've ever been paid for anything in the writing field even though I graduated 7 years ago and I'm in my 40's. Progress.
Anyway, I hope to be contributing more soon and thanks for all the great resources.
