Just a little introduction. I'm an American who's currently living in Japan and working as a teacher. I became interested in IM about two years ago. With the help of my cousin (who has some experience with IM), I jumped in. I started off with the 30-day challenge. I never finished it, but my cousin led me through his methods (which were better and more insightful). I was able to sign up with Elite Clicks Media (back when they were good) and ran some CPA offers through them. First, I tried advertising on Facebook, but got burned out of $300. Then I decided to try advertising on 7search. I was able to make about $200 over the course of a month.
Although it was exciting to make that money, I knew that 7search wouldn't make me any decent money in the long run. So I decided to step back from IM and focus on fulfilling my dream of moving to Japan. So after achieving my goal of coming to Japan last July, I am now at the point of wanting to jump back in to IM. My expectations are now grounded (I was expecting to become an overnight millionaire my first go around) and I don't expect to be making a living off of IM. However, I do think that I will be able to make enough to pay for my internet bill. Eventually, I hope to make enough to pay for my rent and utilities. So my expectations aren't sky-high, but I think it's best to keep my head out of the clouds for now!
Anyway, I'm super excited to be jumping back in to this and I would appreciate any help and advice you guys can offer along the way! Thanks for the awesome community and here's to hoping for an extra bit of cash on the side!
