Hello everybody I ever was reading here many years ago but now just made a new account and so far really happy with all the response even after some half hour online here!! Great to be back!

would like to find someone who could help me post link of a website so that I could get some more customers.

Does anybody know how to find someone that is cheap to generate some traffic.. in the section: SEO packages I was searching.. Is this the correct place to look?? If I go on Fiverr for example you can easily see the price but most people quote me hundreds of $ which is not the way to start for me..
Also how to make sure I avoid scammers?
