@hassambalouch, we've been receiving a ton of complaints about people taking discussions to their inbox or Skype. If you want to give him a method, either share it publicly or don't share it at all.
Before you say, "If I share it publicly, the method will get saturated", I'm going to assume that if you were willing to share it with a new member, it wasn't that valuable to begin with. On the off-chance that it was a decent method, water it down for the public; most people don't even take action here anyway.
Helping others isn't the issue at all, and it's good to see members here willing to help others.
