I just started a topic on Local Services such as plumber, AC repair in my Area. Service providers can list there business and services, can receive local orders and appointments.

The niche.scares because of the the amount of ads that's needed ,
Literally swallows up ads in every format and niche
Do you have a special way of dealing with this
I currently run something similar in housing, but just starting

Trying to do SEO for batter Rank, Also doing the Marketing, running campaigns on different social media channels, targeting business reaching them directly from contact or email.
I am doing all efforts, let's see what happened.
First of all, I created my custom theme and plugins on WordPress to manage this all echo system. Take 2-3 months.

It will create SPAM, If all such type of business and individuals listed on platform, no-One trust it and No-One will buy Premium Ads from Us.
I am just adding Limited and Top companies in all Areas. Other will come self by looking the competitors.
