i've learned lots from reading this forum already, but now I would like to participate. i am hoping to hire some freelancers, and do some trades. i would like any advice you have, on what actions to take to get rep to hire a freelancer? appears i cannot PM at this time. do i just post more? thank you

You don't need any reputation while hiring in the hire-a-freelancer section. Only the upgraded members can reply in the freelancers section.

Also, do your due diligence while hiring newbies if they contacted you through PM. You shall look at https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/#the-marketplace.73 and see if the service/software you're looking for is already being offered by our Jr.Vip members.

You need to have 15 posts/messages in order to have the ability to PM others. This is to reduce spam. You can still reply to the PM's though as a newbie.

thanks everyone. i am looking to hire for Steam interaction. it doesn't look like this is easily automated and suited for the marketplace, so i will make a post in the freelancers section unless anyone has any other suggestions
