Hello everybody at BHW. I am relatively new to the website, this account being brand new. To start, I apologize if this is not the correct section for this. I will make this as short & sweet as possible -- and your input, whether positive or negative, will be greatly appreciated either way. I have scanned countless threads from all different categories, attempting to absorb quite literally everything that I can. I am very excited to be a part of this community from here on out. 
To start, I have a legitimate Youtube channel. I've got about 1,200 subscribers, and a grand total of about 500,000 video views. I have recently (within the past 6 months) monetized my videos. Unfortunately, I have a strike against my account from many years ago when I was young and dumb. This has held me back from becoming a partner. All of this aside, I have made about $6 this month. I'm sure you can understand when I say I would like to make more -- even if it is simply supplemental income. My end goal is to be able to support my family and myself using purely online methods, and after seeing the great information spread around these boards, I am convinced that this is very possible. I feel that I have the skills required, unfortunately, I do not have all of the knowledge. As this is a forum, it is very difficult for me to locate specifics when I need them, and this is why I am making the post.
Now that you have a little background, I will go on to list my goals and concerns. Thanks for sticking with me so far!
a) I am currently using SYV to collect credits for likes/views. Very nifty program. However, I feel that with this tool alone, of course it will not make much of an impact. Are there any other tools that I have missed that will enhance my channel's profitability?
b) As I said previously, I am quite new to the world of BHW, but am incredibly enthused and excited to discover such an incredible database of knowledge. I feel that with your help as a community, I will be able to grow more than I could have ever imagined on my own. With this said, if there are any people out there willing to serve as a sort of 'guru', and to help guide my hand, I cannot express how grateful I would be. Unfortunately, being under 15 posts, I am unable to send PMs, but I intend on changing that soon!
c) I feel that, with my channel being at 1,200 subscribers and almost 500k video views -- I am on the right track. Right track to what? I am unsure, but I sense that these numbers are much better than a 0 on both. At this point, I am unsure how to continue gaining subscribers and views to increase profitability. I seem to have reached a sort of "peak", where the numbers are staying very consistent on their own. Any advice for driving the peak higher would be fantastic -- as I am completely lost.
