Hello friend need your urgent help

Dear friends i want to start a job offring site ,but can't understand how to start it. Any help in this matter highly appricated.

There was a thread awhile ago about signing up for a job listings search engine affiliate program where you utilize their app and get paid for successful inquiries and also wax time someone views a listing.

Search around the forum using the search box and you'll find more about what i'm saying.

I want to develop the first true artificial intelligence computer, but can't understand how to start it.

I somehow don't think that 'any help' I get would be quite enough.

Step 1 - build a job board
Step 2 - get job seekers to register and upload their CV
Step 3 - get recruiters and/or companies to advertise their jobs

Step 1 is easy enough if you are happy to use a white label site - there are hundreds of business selling them.

Steps 2 and 3 are where people give up. Without job seekers, advertisers have no reason to use you - and without job adverts, job seekers are not going to sign up.

It's the good old Catch 22.

Build the site, then promote it = starting a site.
