Hey guys, I'm new and I'm a complete noob, I hope you don't mind! It's nice to be a part of this community!
Every time I look for ways to make money online, it seems like I stumble upon this forum, so after a while I decided to join.

I've never tried anything but I've read about so many methods. I'm leaning towards building social media accounts to drive traffic to a website with CPA offers. It's seems the easiest way to start out for me.
Right now I'm mostly looking to get some experience, so I would like to start with a free (or almost free) method, just to see if can make few bucks.
My mindset is: if (or when) I can make even only 20$/month, I can invest them and scale everything up.
My question is: can I apply to a CPA network as a complete newbie and with a free website (wordpress or weebly)?

Hi, welcome. I think you can apply for a CPA without any webpages or Social Media accounts, just be honest when applaying

Just make sure you clearly explain your promo methods. And I would suggest getting a site eventually too.
