My name is Cody. I am new to the forum and just thought I'd say hi to everyone. I am new to IM but would like to get started. I have been checking out this forum (and another one) for a few days now.

I am currently thinking about setting up an eCommerce website in a specific niche and going with the whole drop shipping route but would like to do some more research first. I have read many of threads and plan on being around. I have experience in web design and programming so hopefully this won't be too hard to get going!

When I start my venture I will be sure to make a thread and keep everyone posted on what I am doing and how things are going. I look forward to chatting with you all at some point!

So I have been around this website reading about everyones journeys and strategies to make money and was struggling to find one that I felt that I could execute properly and frankly just one that would keep my interest, but I have finally figured it out.

My plan is to create "turn key" websites that are ready to go. These websites will sell a service or product to the niche that I have chosen and I will be supplying the buyer of the turn key website with a wholesaler so that they can outsource all of their incoming business. I will also be referring the buyers to the hosting provider that I have chosen to do an affiliate account with thus hopefully increasing my profit margins.

I will make my own website that I will be maintaining that will serve as the wholesaler for my websites that are being sold and I will outsource all of my work to someone who can do it cheaper (either on Fiverr or possibly someone here?).

Here is an example:
Guy A buys a service from Guy B (who bought my turn key business website) for $15
Guy B outsources this service to me for $10
I outsource the service to Fiverr or wherever else for $5

Another strategy that I plan to begin at the same time will be to provide "free websites" on some of the popular classified communities (like CraigsList). When the person inquires about the free website the only requirement would be that the website would be 100% free as long as they sign up for a hosting account which I would be affiliated with. Each referral is $60 for me.

What do you guys think? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated. Criticism is welcome as well. This is my first step into IM and any information will help keep me in the right direction.
