Hello Everyone! This is Buku1, my original account & email was hacked and i was unable to get into my accounts. So here is my new one, Now just to give everyone a update on me. I'm a Real estate Investor (purchase real estate contracts, and educate on seller-financing) and sales/marketing professional for the past 7 years.
