As you can see this is my first post, however I have lurked these boards on occasion and finally decided to become a part of (from what I can tell) the only community I'll ever need to join

Up to this point I have been very pessimistic when I find money making methods on the internets.
It has always seemed like a pipe dream to me, to be making $10k+ a month from home..but after reading post after post from some of you guys making thousands of dollars a month, a little optimism is starting to shine through, and I am hoping that some day I too can be earning this kind of money...or even a fraction.

I currently work for minimum wage ($7.70/hr) in a factory...I gotta get outta there!!!! Bills are piling up. My motivation is VAST
I also own a website (9mos old) that got an average of 302 daily uniques last month, and 4,363 absolute uniques.
I would LOVE to be able to monetize the heck out of it without spamming it up with tons of adverts.

I don't know much about methods for making money on the web but I am hoping to learn, and make some extra cash (and hopefully a living!) in the process.

I suggest you get yourself an Adsense account, throw it on your website and start earning money.

I had adsense on the site at one time, but the niche isn't very good for Adsense as there don't seem to be many ads that are truly relevant to the visitors.
It earned about $3-4/month lol...
I have sold a few ads here and there and made a whopping $15 last month on banner advertising, but I'm sure there are plenty of other ways to take advantage of the traffic.
I know URLS aren't allowed so if you search "best text games" on Google mine is the top result. It is a hybrid blog/top list that I created using Wordpress and the AppThemes "ClassiPress" plugin (if you buy it pm me for my aff link )

I also join recently gotta say a very good community to relay on.
