Hello everyone, I'm a new member here. This place seems to be good.

I am interested in website jobs WordPress / Coding design and similar jobs. For now, I just want to meet and there are some questions I'm curious about.
For example, can I share an ordinary informative post?
If I can, how exactly should I do it, is there any fee?

You can share informative posts in the proper categories as much as you want for free. BUT you can not advertise your services or your websites. To sell on this forum you need to upgrade your account and submit a paid advert in the Marketplace.

I have another question.
For example, if I share an article that teaches how to use an application or artificial intelligence, would it be unfair to those who sell for a fee?

There is a lot of guides in the forum that is also variants of them in the Marketplace, you should not have any problems with that. If you are unsure, ask a Mod first. Mostly in a worst scenario your thread gets deleted by someone reporting it. You can not buy a guide and then write it in a post, it has to be yours or a general knowledge guide.
