It's nice to finally become a member. I used this forum quite a few times to buy some services and now have intention to do it myself. It'll be harder that I thoughtAnyway, will try to become useful member here. Good luck everyone!
I actually thought it would be easier to promote myself here. If no selling out of the marketplace then how to announce that I have some sort of service or product on offer?

There are marketplace rules here. You have to be JR VIP or Marketplace Seller in order to offer your services to community. JR VIP status costs about $100 per year. Sales thread costs $30 I think.
Marketplace seller status costs lot more but it's easier to get it, just pay and you're done.
Don't try to sell your services outside marketplace and your sales thread, you'll end up being banned.
You're not ble to promote or try to sell unless you upgrade your account.

Keep in mind that even as a Jr VIP a marketplace thread is not a given, you need to get it approved etc.
