I've seen several pages built on some .edu host listed on the search engine and ranking for overly competitive terms. Standord's university sites seems to be the most popular one but one thing i have a problem with is that,

HOW DO I BUILD A PAGE ON A .EDU HOST. DO I HAVE TO CONTACT THEM BECAUSE I SEE NO SIGNUP OR REGISTERATION LINK ANYWHERE

Where is "Standord's university"?

Access to .edu servers is usually limited to registered students and faculty.

It is right next to Stanford, it is for dyslexic people.

All you need to do is become a accredited university and bam, you can register one.
