Been lurking in this forum for a long time just to learn things and this time I wanted to same some actions.

For now, I'm interested in making a simple automated movie/tv/anime streaming site for my own, well everything is for learning purposes for now but it as I do searching in this forum, it seems to have require not so cheap plugins in making such.

Hope someone can give me light or help when it comes to this..

Maybe you should better start out with a whitehat project?

Select a niche, create a tumblr and pinterest account, build up a legit follower base and then setup a website with news/images/videos/reviews for that niche.

Monetize it with posting affiliate links and clickbank products, after 3-4 weeks apply for google adsense.

I do the same right now, complete cost for the project 10$ for a domain (free hosting from byethost until i switch to a managed vps).
