Hi, guys
I was scummed by a VCC-providing site which is not mentioned on that forum (its url does not appear in search results).
The site was found naturally with google search.
I want to WARN people not to use that site, providing all the logs proving the seller is a liar.
Where at the forum can I create such a post? The best place would be ShitList but the rules require two sides be on the forum.
So is there such an option?

If you can prove the site is owned by or somehow related to someone from here then you can post a shitlist. But you must provide proof.

Otherwise only thing you can do is post the link as text only, such as by breaking the domain name and removing https
