I'd say "use the search function" as many others would, but since I'm generous I'll tell you the steps you need to take to make income on any of the platforms you mentioned.

- Offer that service and make your offering better than your competitors'.
- Promote.
- Re-invest

I have not tried this method but I was reading somewhere how you can sell services to a client on a private basis, such as through Craigslist and then subcontract out to someone on Fiverr to do the actual job. It costs you $5.00 but you collect a lot more from your client. In that way you are not a seller on Fiverr but you are profiting from someone who is as they are the one doing all the work you are being so richly paid for.

That's known as "outsourcing", it can be insanely profitable but you need to know how to properly market and advertise whatever you're offering. I'm assuming OP doesn't have the experience for this, considering that if he did the question wouldn't have been asked in the first place. Don't mean to hate on anyone, just pointing out that this might not be the best avenue for people who are new to the industry.
In my opinion, Fiverr is a bad marketplace and most of the clients on there are a pain to deal with. I still use it though because it has so much traffic; once you have built up a reputation, you can have so many orders coming in that you wouldn't even ask for more.
Sorry but this kind of a funny post, what I am referring too is, I would be happy with $50.00 - $100.00 per week starting out, matter of fact if I could get 100-1000 people and I mean Real Humans visiting my sites everyday for the law of averages would make things work for I have great products along with very good prices, reason why I say this is, I am doing some business on two of my sites so I know things are right with my mix of product. All I need is to get in the 100's or 1'000's of real Humans coming to my sites everyday.
