Yeah, if your setup’s still tied to the same signals, Meta will just flag it again.

Even if you make a new account, as long as they detect the same environment ,IPs, payment method, device fingerprint ,it’s over before it starts.

That’s why most people rebuild from scratch: clean browser, fresh payment, ideally a different entity too.

It’s the only way to stop getting insta-disabled.
 
You may want to consider creating a new account or working with an agency that can assist you in setting up multiple accounts.

As the image you provided, you have sent proof to Facebook but unfortunately, your account has not passed Facebook's review and continues to be disabled. The only way is to contact Facebook's support department, they will help you appeal your account.
 
This form is suspended because the ad violates policy, it has been permanently suspended by Facebook so this account cannot be appealed.
 
Unfortunately, there’s no magic trick for this, which is why quality accounts and cloaking are essential. You should rebuild a clean identity with a residential proxy, anti-detection browser, and no reused data.

This situation is quite common nowadays. If the account is disabled but does not show a specific reason and cannot be appealed in the usual way, you can try:
✅ Access the Business Help Center via the link: https://www.facebook.com/business/help
Select "Contact Support" > Chat directly with support (if available).
✅ Use another device/IP to create a new Business and send an appeal. Avoid creating multiple accounts at the same time from 1 IP.
✅ Link the locked account to another BM (if possible) and appeal from that BM.
❌ Do not send appeals too many times with the same content - it will be limited.
If it is not effective, you should temporarily suspend that domain/page/account and switch to a new, cleaner setup.

There should be an option in the account notifications to submit a request to unlock the account.

in times when meta is harsh you should not do anything, you need to wait for the storm to pass

Have you tried contacting the meta department, it usually gets resolved within 1-2 meta business days.
 
What sometimes works for me is going through the Facebook Business Help. Start a support chat pretending you’re having ad account issues, sometimes they’ll review your profile manually that way. Also, clear browser cookies or use a new browser/IP when creating or appealing from new accounts so they’re all isolated.
 
You need to create a new account without using the old profile to avoid the new profile being flagged.
 
This is usually an implicit restriction — Meta has marked the identity or device. Regular appeal links will not work. Try a clean browser and verify your identity thoroughly on a new account.
