Hello everyone. Account is disabled please help me

Yeah, this has been happening more and more lately.
Meta sometimes disables accounts without showing clear restriction reasons - especially if they flag your entire IP/device/fingerprint setup as risky.
If the standard appeal flow doesn’t work and even new accounts can’t appeal, it usually means your environment (browser, IP, cookies, or device) is already flagged.
Here are a few things you can try:
  • Change your setup completely - use a new device or a clean virtual environment (e.g. AdsPower, GoLogin, etc.)
  • Switch IP - ideally use a clean residential proxy or mobile 4G IP
  • Clear cookies and avoid using same browser/device fingerprint
  • Create profile manually - don’t import too much info too fast
  • Don’t add payment method or BM too early - warm up first with organic actions
  • Sometimes, even the appeal doesn’t work simply because the system auto-denies it. So changing your environment is more important than the appeal itself.

You may have been hidden banned due to identity or device. Normal appeal methods are not effective.

FB’s been auto-banning accounts without restrictions lately—usually means they flagged your device, IP, or payment method from past bans. Appeals fail because their system already blacklisted your setup.

Try this:

  1. New device (factory reset old phone) + clean 4G IP (not proxy)
  2. Fresh payment method (card never used on FB before)
  3. Wait 48h before appealing—sometimes bans auto-lift
If it’s still broken, your hardware or network might be burned. Agency accounts bypass this since they’re pre-verified and replace free when banned.
 
This may be the new account you are using, try with an account that was created over a year ago, according to your image I see the account has been unsuccessfully complained leading to permanent ban, go to the homepage and find the account provider, they will help you

According to the image you posted, you have appealed but failed, and these accounts are broken and cannot be appealed again. The best way to keep your work stable and uninterrupted is to use the agency's advertising account.
 
If you have tried and failed. I think you should ask the service providers to unlock the account, they have experience.
 
If appeals fail and new accounts also can’t appeal, try submitting a detailed appeal with proof of identity and business legitimacy via Facebook’s official forms, or seek help from a Facebook Partner or trusted agency.
 
use a clean device or virtual setup that has never touched Meta, change your browser fingerprint, avoid any old payment info, and make sure you are using a new IP from a completely different region. you can rent an ad account to avoid trouble.
 
This type of ban without a clear reason is often a system-triggered soft-ban. You can go to the Accounts Center and look for the “Request a Review” option, and try submitting an appeal using a different device, IP, and browser. If there’s still no appeal option, it’s best to pause for a few days and then create a new profile in a cleaner setup.

Don’t reuse old emails or phone numbers either.
