I can relate, it took me hours to finally recover my current account, which is 7 years old. My biz partner is actually still trying to do the same, I think his screenname is dirtysteve, hoping he recovers it 'cause we're about to both get Jr. VIP, just sayin

Welcome, however your subject has started me wondering whether there is an official term for members of BHW. I've always gone for BHWers...
