Not really new per se as I've been lurking and reading for a while now. Not sure how I fit in terms of demographics ( married with 3 boys!) but love the enthusiasm I read and am encouraged to see how engaged and motivated this culture is. Looking forward to learning and perhaps get to meet some of you through my endeavours through the site.
