Hey fellas.
I'm a Noob, as my name suggests, I'm here to learn and grow. Joined this forum over a year back, but can't seem to get acquainted with it. I still can't understand how to utilise the highly informative content to benefit me.

It's like, I'm sitting on a gold mine and I don't know how to extract gold, so basically, that gold is rendered useless to me coz of my inefficiency in the field of "extraction of precious metals". I say this to make a point, the point is, although there's HQ content available in the forum, each thread is written by some expert or someone with adequate knowledge of the field, hence a guy who's absolutely new to all this, will feel totally lost when he's going through it. And then, the fact that experts aren't always open about their success mantra(understandably), hurts as well.

So, all the feedback aside, you guys have done a great job, and I'm positive that I'll be able to learn more efficiently if I could concentrate on the threads a bit more. So, I need some help,

I'm looking forward to change the theme if possible, could someone guide me? I find it hard to concentrate on the content with this theme. :(

I would highly appreciate if someone could link me to the most extensively detailed thread on CPA/AM or any other money making method for a beginner. I did CPA a year back and made 100$ total in 20 days, not successful at all. :)

Thanks a lot to all the content writers and marketing experts for creating such a huge gold mine. :)

It is a gold mine, but as you said if you have no idea how to use it, you just won't get any benefit out of it. In a similar way, there are thousands of valuable books in the libraries, but very few know how to read and apply that knowledge in their lives..

Anyway, the main idea of making money online is this:
OFFER --> DELIVERY --> REACH

OFFER: what you have to offer, either tangible/intangible, product or service.. The best offer is when there is a demand in the market for it, with low competition, and you can offer a decent price. Obviously that's a rare scenario, but I remember starting some niches a few years ago and banked well because I was one of the first to offer the service, could offer it at a decent price, the demand was booming and the competitors were weak. *I think the biggest mistake of noobs is that they jump onto those get rich quick schemes, and those popular money making methods with PPC/CPA/etc. Honestly, if you haven't been around in those niches in the past couple years, it's highly unlikely that you will make any decent profit out of it.. Because it's not as easy as it sounds.

DELIVERY: That's the method of delivering the offer... In most simple terms, that could be the website where you offer the service/product. It could also be a blog, or a page on Facebook, etc.

REACH: Obviously each step is important, but even if you have the best product in the world and you have an awesome website that just makes you wanna click the buy button.... you won't make a single sale if nobody knows about it...

As a noob you must understand those 3 steps of making money or running a business online, and learn to be successful in each one. That's exactly what I've been doing over the past six years, and I am good in each step. First I focus on the right product/service that people want, where the market is not flooded, and make sure that my price is competitive. Next I find a way to deliver/present the product/service in the best way I can. Every site I make is top notch, and I learned to do it on my own, not to spend resources when it's unnecessary... Just check out my Wikipedia BST, I made the thread design myself from scratch using photoshop.. That's one of the skills that I find useful for this step of 'delivering' the offer to people. The best part is, I don't waste money on designers, and I get exactly what I want and how I want it, because I make it myself.. Finally I use the knowledge I acquired over the years to reach out to my potential customers, whether it's through blogging, social media, email marketing, ppc advertising, press releases, whatever I think is best and suits the offer I have and delivery method I use.

Anyway, it's not much but I hope it can put you on a path to understand what you should be focusing on, and hopefully you'll make it buddy.

Amazingly written bro, it's a good summary for a guy who's just starting off his online business. I'll try to take all ur tips into account when I get into this.

Furthermore, I'm guessing, to b successful, I need to follow some tips that everyone suggests
1. To get accepted by a CPA network, I need to own a HQ website. Which means I'll have to invest in hosting and domain, even before I start earning.
2. I'll have to use Google/bing/Facebook to get paid targeted traffic. Coz everyone is suggesting that free traffic wouldn't end up taking me anywhere.
3. I'll have to learn gfx and Web development to design my own landing pages and websites, As per your suggestion.
4. I'll have to learn the basics of search engine optimisation to get my content seen out there. Which might probably be my biggest challenge.
5. I'll have to learn to let go of setups that aren't giving me rewards and keep trying until I hit the goldmine, right?

I am really very thankful to you for the informative response u gave to my thread. Most guys who do CPA on other forums, just b like, I can't say much without revealing my method, which is weird, coz u can indeed say a lot without even touching the topic of your own personal gold mine, like u did. Ppl like me, need hints, a bit of guidance, a little push forward. I wanna setup an online business, scale it up, and keep growing with time.

Learning is a never ending process, the mistakes I did in my last try was that I used a fake landing page and a fake review video to lure members to my site, which was built on a free hosting service and using its free subdomain. But still, I did something right, to get at least a 100$. I'm sure if I do things a bit more professionally, with a better understanding of how it's done, I'll try to avoid the things which drive traffic away from my campaign. Just need better understanding :)

No problem buddy, when I started out it was hard, less info available, so I had to learn on my own. But on the other hand, internet wasn't as saturated with competition. So we had pros and cons there and now.

For me personally the most important thing is quality and professionalism. Whatever I do, I try to make it at the max quality I can, even if it's just selling some ebook for $10, even though I never sold ebooks, you get my point. When people see a professional site, they trust it, they want to buy from it. They don't want to see a crappy design that doesn't look good altogether, they don't want to see spelling and grammar mistakes in your content, etc.

1. I don't really make income off the CPA networks because as I said earlier, they are over-saturated with all kinds of people trying to make money. It's the kind of place where 80/20 rule applies. 20% makes the 80% of money, and the 80% of noobs in the CPA niche are making the other 20.... You need to be good to be making decent money there, which means you need to invest a lot of time into learning stuff, and I don't mean the general things that you need to start out, I mean all the little tricks that you get from your own experience that nobody else would share... It's sort of like a profession, once you go with CPA, you stick with CPA and learn to be the best at it, otherwise you'll make peanuts.. For me personally it's not worth it, as I have greater ambitions and I'd rather spend less time on other projects and make more money. The Wikipedia service I run now is just a side project, makes 2-3 sales a day on and off bhw, which roughly adds up to $400-$800/day. For me that's just a spare budget I can use to support greater goals. RULE #1: Always have great ambitions.. If you aim for $1000/month, you'll be making $100, if you aim for $100k, you'll be making $10k. When I say aim, I mean it, not just say, ha I'll dream for $100k/month even though I know I won't get anywhere near that, so I'd be happy to settle at $5k even... That's how losers think and they don't get far...

Yes you will need to invest, only about $20 for hosting + domain, that's the amount I started out with and borrowed from my parents when I was 15... I've paid them thousands of times the amount over the years.

Right now I would advise you to start learning basic HTML/CSS, how wordpress functions.. how to install wordpress on your own hosting. When you get the domain + hosting, register on cloudflare. Scan your domain, then point its DNS to cloudflare, and point cloudflare's DNS to your hosting ip address.. If you're not understanding any terms that I mention, just google it. Use Google a lot, it's your best friend.

Once you get comfortable with basic html/css and using wordpress + installing it on your own hosting + installing/working with new themes. Then instead of CPA, I think the faster and more realistic way for you to make money would be to find a cool service on fiverr that you think people want. Find a niche of companies/people that would be interested in that service... Make a site for it (using wordpress), and offer that service/product for 3-5 times the price on fiverr.... Then contact people/websites directly offering that service. Make sure you research the niche first and see potential sites/people that would be interested in it. You have to make sure that there are plenty of people to contact for this offer, before you settle on the product/service and make a site for it.... I think that's the easier business setup you can get online, that can potentially make you decent money.. and it's easy for noobs too. So good luck, maybe make a journey thread down the road and keep us updated.

There's an option at the bottom which let's u select the theme. I chose white theme, I'm able to read much better now. :)
