For a leader in web design (and all the rest of it), I was mildly disappointed to see a website that has broken links and is hosted on a NameCheap shared package.

Thank you for your response. That isn't our main website. We're actually reconstructing our website and going to launch the main one soon. The website that is up now is just a temporary one. Thanks for the constructive criticism.
 
The Hire Us page is producing a 500 error, so I would fix that asap as it could be costing you leads.

Speaking from experience it's probably a good sign he has all those broken links. Marketing companies are like shoe and shoemaker lol. But yeah fix that stuff but I probably would not question his work on his clients. I never spend time on my own marketing because I'm way too busy!
