Do they have a Terms&Conditions page? They should have an email address for DMCA, so maybe send them an email with a DMCA takedown request for duplicating your content on their website. And CC your lawyer.

i would like to know this too. i used a plugin that restricted users from right clicking on the content. idk if it avoids a website from being copied.
