I've been lurking this forum off and on for a while now and figured I'd finally register an account and introduce myself, so hello!
Like most people here I'm interested in financial independence and generating "passive" income (I know nothing is truly passive). Namely I'm interested in finding ways to do so using the programming skills I've learned over the past few years.
I've been developing software for a little while now using python and javascript frameworks. Before that I was actually on mTurk full time for a few years, so I've also written a multitude of different types of bots, userscripts, webscrapers etc with Tampermonkey and python. I know this forums focus is not super focused on that stuff, but I have also seen many applications of these types of programs in different threads here.
Anyway, glad to be here and looking forward to getting more involved where I can and digging in deeper.
