Hello and hopefully some help

Hi, I am new to this forum and thought I would start by saying hello.
I am quiet good with computers in general, but it did take me 15 minutes to work out (after registration) how to post a here. Did not realize that I was not logged in.... DOHHHH

I am a programmer, so familiar with certain aspects of computers and the internet and white hat SEO (i know a little).
To cut a long story short, my sister has a business making image films for companies and thought it would be a good idea to get her website bumped up, just to find out SEO services range widely in price and rely on trust (pay first see later).

I have a keen interest in computers and like learning new things. Combining that with my sis's needs I have done some reading on this forum and it is the best resource I have found by far (I know there are blogs by people, BUT many of them endorse / affiliate with products, therefore I think they are biased).

I would like to learn the arts and crafts of black hat SEO, and which are the best tools to use. The tools will be expensed (within reason).

I would really appreciate if any of you kind gurus were kind enough to share which tools are best and worth acquiring and any other great information / articles or so to getting me started.

Thanks for that tip. Been reading about GSA and Scrapebox already, but good to know they are recommended.
Have also read about Ultimate Deamon, is that also good?

For keyword reaserch(you will need to find keywords that you can rank for):
* Long tail pro
* Market samurai

For article spinning(you will need a lot of articles):
* The best spinner
* WordAi

For link building(will automaticly build all kind of backlinks):
* GSA SER
* SENUKE XCR
* SCRAPEBOX (manual blog comments but mostly for powerfull scraping function)

These are few of many usefull software for seo. BUT please don't jump and buy one right away. First you need to spend some hours reading because using them without knowledge WILL harm your website. These software don't do any magic by itself, knowledge how to use them does magic.

Fully understood that I need to read and understand first how to use the tools, and simply blasting links at the site wont do it any good.

Welcome! I am also a programmer. When you can combine some good dev skills with what you will learn here you will do well. What are your languages?

mostly asm, c, c# and php.
the asm and c bit being why I originally wrote 'good with computers', as I do alot of embedded system design and they are not the typical OS environment
Hopefully I will be able to use some of my existing skills
