You can find some good courses online about White SEO, like on hubspot, semrush, linkedin ect. Here on BHW you can find a lot of information, a lot about black SEO and a community, which is really good. But the most important part is starting work with SEO to understand better how every strategies work and which strategies works better for you goals. So you start a course and get as much information as possible from everywhere, but above all start thinking about how to start working with SEO.
