I wanted to buy something from Kumar so I finally created this one.

Tx for trieing to help me but somehow it didn't work and this is fine too.
I even already bought Kumars sherlock packet with this account. First time for me, I always trusted on natural links. Curious how this will go.

Aahh, right... so I cut the leg of my own chair by introducing myself again... shoud not have introduced myself 
Well for everybody's information then:
1) I don't have an other account. The old one was not working for years. Like about 7 years.
2) I did contact BHW Support about 4 years ago but it didn't solve the problem.
If I remember it correctly they said there should'tbe a problem logging in.
But when I try it says there is no account with femkeshe.
Feel free to ask for more information, I will answer all legit questions as I don't feel I have done something wrong.
Or just report me if you think I skipped the rules. I will explain it over there again.

Welcome to the forum @Femke12345 if your previous account was working at any point in the past, and you've made posts on that account, maybe you could link us to your old account, or any posts from your old account - as I can't find any posts made under the name you mentioned - Femkeshe.
Assuming that your previous account was not banned for any reason, then there is no major issue with you joining again under a new account name, however, I would still say its advisable to get the issue resolved one way or another, to avoid any future issues.

Thank you for the welcome, you are the first.
I tried it with the search, but only this topic comes up.
I was not an active posting member back then and even now. I stay upto seo date when I need info and that is it. It was not a ban, there where some huge updates on this forum and after that I couldn't get in anymore. I thought perhaps they deleted not active members. The support said that was not so.
The support could not find the problem back then. Perhaps they still got the data somewhere. It did not bother me till now so I was lazy and let it go. Which I clearly shouldn't have done...
Anyone more questions?
