Not really new, but I lost my old account password and don't have access to the old email so just decided to start a new one.

Been a while since I've been here but decided to come back to share and learn.

Have you tried contacting a mod like @MisterF about it?
 
Best thing to do is contact support and see if they can sort out your old account.
