Very helpful post for a newbie like me! I've read a ton of posts about what to do after you find a niche, but this was one of the few posts that actually talked about choosing a good niche.
You mention making affiliate sites out of these niches - could this method also be used as effectively to find niches for ecommerce sites or drop-shipping on Amazon/Ebay?
