I was watching that show storage wars on the history channel. You may or not have seen it. These guys bid for storage units that the owners have left for whatever reason. And they are always filled with all sorts of stuff. In every episode there are usually two or three things the people take to a specialist to find out more. Quite a lot of the time it's worth a fair bit of money. I just see what ever comes out of the lockers and look in to it. Most of the stuff has been collected by that person and unless they're some kind of crazy freak other people will also collect it.

Interesting methods but i see you mentioned semrush. if you have semrush, you dont need any other niche research technique.

for amazon affiliate site
just plug in amazon.com in semrush and it will give you all the keywords amazon.com is ranking for (in top 100). Now you can use filters to narrow down the by search volume (eg. greater than 1000/mo) and number of pages (eg. less than 1000000).

for adsense site
you can use a site like about.com or any other content farm. The advantage of using a content farm is that they have already done the keyword research and profit analysis so if they have an article on a certain topic then they must be making money from it. anyway so again you plug one of these content farm sites and narrow down the keywords using your criteria.

for local site rental
you can go by the city or by industry. I prefer focusing on limited number of industries so use industry keywords to research low competition locations. for eg. just type in dumpster rental in semrush and it will show you that many city keywords are still up for grabs. If you are living in the USA then i recommend searching a nearby city or metro and filter the keyword list using your criteria for search volume and competing pages. Get hold of 5-6 different low competition verticals and you can easily sell leads from them to local businesses once those sites are ranked.

in short, semrush removes all the complexity out of keyword/niche research. You just have to know how to rank. If you have semrush and scrapebox and you are not making at least 3k/month from SEO then you don't know what you are doing.

The third method is the most profitable I used a lot , this is my first step even before the google planner , anyway thank you for this beautiful guide

I shared my earnings solely from my journey previously. I am doing great, don't want to say specific numbers!

This is a method I've also used previously (for Amazon), but left it for unknown reason. Will have to try it again! Great tip!

My own "walk in the park" method is sit in the sauna after the gym and reflect on life. Amazed at some of the random things that come to mind then.

Nice guide! Or you could buy from a keyword seller but that usually is expensive to get a good profitable niche.

Just wanted to add a few points regarding the PBN method. Some sites only block the big backlink checkers like ahrefs, majestic, or OSE. Using a lesser known backlink checker in the hopes of finding even one PBN site is often enough to expose their entire money site portfolio.

Also, the PBN method might not be the best way to find keywords if you're just starting out. The fact that you found a keyword on a PBN is basically the definition of having competition. You would need a more powerful PBN to rank for that keyword.
