Apologies for the newb question, but what tool are you using that gives you that google/bing/yahoo grid view of rankings and increases/decreases in rank? Have seen it several times in this thread and on the first page here.

Do you have to sign up for all AA programs of different countries so that you can use the link localizer ?
Once you've localized all you links are the commisions sent to .com version of AA or to the country specific AA program ?
