Can't you make a paypal dispute since you pay him in paypal? Let them intervene so you'll get your money back.

I reported his fb account, hope that everyone that read this thread will do the same.
Very ugly scammer with alot of bad history of making money with scams.
OP, thanks for the warning and the updates.
