Heart Palpitations Any One?

So, I have this heart palpitation problem where my heart beats increase.

Was curious anyone have similar issue and what you did about it?

It's common. Most probably due to anxiety. But since it involves the heart, it's better to consult an expert rather than asking IMers.
 
Had same problem we to the doctor, he said I needed a mental hospital. Turns out I was exagerating my coffe intake and along with abuse in sugar was driving me nuts, so that was my case not sure of that helps
 
About 15 years ago I was running a very stressful biz, one morning while reading my email I had palpitations so bad I thought it was a heart attack. I sold the biz not long after and I don't think I've had them since.

Please go check a doctor buddy, i don't wanna scare you or anything like that but you should go and have a specialist checking you out. Please do so , asap ! I wish you good health ! Stay safe

Always best to get those types of symptoms checked by a professional.

To help ease your anxiety, I had something similar when I was somewhat younger which turned out to be nothing serious.
 
I had this a few months back.

I limited myself to one coffee a day & swapped the rest for water, within a few weeks they were gone.

Also cut down on alcohol a bit, but not as much.

Most likely you got the vax - if that's the case, there doesn't seems to be a solution yet
