The only problem with NDAs and contracts is that people can fill them in with false info. So unless you plan on making them email you a scanned copy of their driver's license or Gov't ID along with the NDA (and hope they didn't use a fake ID...), then it's kind of pointless.

On the part of it being saturated. Sure that's always a possibility. But myspace is huge. It takes a lot of people doing it for a awhile before it will get saturated to where it's not worth anything. And I would bet that most people that bought this would not spend the time required to make much either. 90% of the people that get a hold of these sort of things rarely put them into action.

As for the legal aspects. I probably wouldn't mention myspace directly in any of your sales pages or anything. But you I don't think you would get in trouble just for selling a method on how to make money. It's been done before by a lot of people and the only people that they have gone after for that sort of thing were the bot makers.

But I agree with smitty about selling it to junior vip memebers and above.

Yea if its a online contract to keep your info private of course a contract won't amount to shit,

but

Thats why you hire real life people not online people for a job like web whoring...

Well, can I deny that he has my curiosity? I don't think that is a crime. I'd gladly pay a couple bills for "an idea" that I could use and possible adapt into something that is better.

I won't deny I'm very interested in this because I've been using myspace for a while and I'm always looking for new tactics.

Were I to have a *system* which was making me $30K a month the very LAST thing that I would do is start selling it for a pissant *$97* per!

listen guy you're all very helpful and regardless this system alone it's was important me to know about marketing a blackhat system to the outside world and it's legality and i think it's an important thread to the forum.
but of course my eyes got opened even more from you're "don't sell!" tips.
and i decided that i will not, i do need to team up with greater minds though(yeah yeah i'm a noob), but it's hard all the trust issues in here, is anyone here from la?(so i know i can break his legs if he double-cross me lol)
btw about the youtube marketing - i'm still #1 in youtube when you write a smple word, and #1 with this youtube video in google when you write the same common word, you probably seen it without even knowing(no don't ask me on pm) = i need youtube marketers!!!!!!!



Guys thanks, and even if you're not using my system but doing something related to webcam, i did the F-U-L-L reseach and the Affiliate program in my signature is the BEST one for th webcams pays ton!
