Hey guys I have not posted or been on here for a few weeks due to family, holidays, I am an uncle now so have to give some support to the new born, work etc... bla bla but anyways I wanted to come back and share a good post for everyone. I have mentioned in my last video that I believe that a healthy lifestyle is part of being successful and happy in your life so I wanted to do a post for people who feel the same and want to follow up and motivate eachother etc..... If someone wants to share ideas and grow healthy with me lets do it! Keep us motivated. Since I am into health now I will also use that to my advantage and start a blog just to have another website running for something I am interested in :p and help make some more cash haha. I won't be sharing my website out of respect to forum rules.

Also another thing to mention I am clean from smoking cigarettes for the past 7 today. I am very proud of myself and I think anyone who smokes should stop as well its just horrible for you. Anyways back to the workout stuff I am using 2 workout routines now if someone wants to start but doesn't know where. They are awesome and you can do 1 day workout and 1 day cardio.

work out routine for beginners like me :p - http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/3day-beginners-workout.html - this is 3 days a week

Cardio workout - http://exercise.about.com/library/blcardioblast.htm - in between the DAYS of the workout above I do this cardio workout

I am also doing a full diet plan for myself which is there to lose some fat. I am 6 ft and weigh about 176 lbs.

Anyways if someone wants to share some ideas and contribute to this thread we can grow together. I might add weekly progress pics if people actually join in and motivate each other here that would be awesome!

Happy new year to everyone and hope everyone enjoyed there holidays!

I agree, healthy body is for healthy soul :)

I'm overweight so I decided to lose some fat.

I train twice a day, everyday and I want to admit it's exhausting, too much.

I wake up at 7:00 AM, go for training, get back at 12:00 AM, than full-time IM (from 12 to 8 PM), after that I go for training again, get back at 11:00 PM, than IM again, I go to sleep at 1:00 AM so I have 6 hours to sleep.

I'm like a zombie but I'm getting used not to sleep more than 5-6 hours, I've heard it's enough for the body to rest.

For the first few days it was way too difficult for me to get used to such pressure but I have my mp3 with me all the time, good music always motivates me.

Although I'm tired, sleepless and broken, I feel kinda happy, I know I'm doing it right.

When I get to normal weight level, I'll stop training twice a day, it'll be evening trainings than, I can't keep this rhyme for a long time.

Anyway, good thread & right attitude, I'm not a smoker or a drinker, but sitting at your PC 24/day is so boring and you don't even realize how you turn into a zombie slowly.

Thats awesome dude! You have an amazing drive. I am not over weight because I used to swim for 6 years of my life but I would have been if I did not start now.

Health is absolutely vital. I'm not fat, but me and my wife exercise regularly. It feels good and gives more energy.
