Hey guys I have not posted or been on here for a few weeks due to family, holidays, I am an uncle now so have to give some support to the new born, work etc... bla bla but anyways I wanted to come back and share a good post for everyone. I have mentioned in my last video that I believe that a healthy lifestyle is part of being successful and happy in your life so I wanted to do a post for people who feel the same and want to follow up and motivate eachother etc..... If someone wants to share ideas and grow healthy with me lets do it! Keep us motivated. Since I am into health now I will also use that to my advantage and start a blog just to have another website running for something I am interested in and help make some more cash haha. I won't be sharing my website out of respect to forum rules. Also another thing to mention I am clean from smoking cigarettes for the past 7 today. I am very proud of myself and I think anyone who smokes should stop as well its just horrible for you. Anyways back to the workout stuff I am using 2 workout routines now if someone wants to start but doesn't know where. They are awesome and you can do 1 day workout and 1 day cardio. work out routine for beginners like me - http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/3day-beginners-workout.html - this is 3 days a week Cardio workout - http://exercise.about.com/library/blcardioblast.htm - in between the DAYS of the workout above I do this cardio workout I am also doing a full diet plan for myself which is there to lose some fat. I am 6 ft and weigh about 176 lbs. Anyways if someone wants to share some ideas and contribute to this thread we can grow together.
