health, if you don't have health but you are a bilionnaire and you have 5 heart attacks a day and insomnia due to a rare disease, your money is ain't worth anything anymore in terms of enjoyment and you want to have assisted death to not live this nightmare anymore even as a billlionaire

Both are necessary.
I wouldn't want 50 million dollars, they can keep it, and I'll keep my health status.
I'd rather keep building stuff I'm working on and scaling up financially, as I get a lot of satisfaction out of this.
