Greetings!
I was going to write about this journey in my personal diary, but it's better to write it here, so here I am.
Health niche is dreaded by many because of YMYL but I think I found something good: expired domain of NGO health-related.
At first I liked the domain because of the keywords but when I signed it to console and analytics I got a message asking if I am organization X and I said yes

I think this is the ultimate EAT advantage and has a whitelisting effect because it got indexed by itself and ranking. It doesn't have much traffic because I only have 10 pages restored from archive. But when I added an article it ranked on first page quick.
My plan is to write info articles and add links to health/nutra CPA offers. The traffic will be high quality and should have very high CR.
