Health Niche PPD Help

What are things that people would offer in a health niche with PPD to make people want to download it? I never really thought about this because i haven't really used a health niche before but i found a good one.

i think that PPD is not very useless in health niche, because it's really hard that people download your e-book, and they can get it for free ( by google ) ... PPD might be good source of money only if you scam people ( like paypal money generator )
