Hello there folks - I run my private label product business on amazon and do well enough for a full time income. But wish to mitigate the risk associated with the marketplace. I'm working on trying to diversify revenue and build outside amz too, due to the risk associated with amz. To the effect I have, a shopify ecom site with my products that I'm pumping a lot of content into. My goal is to hit 900 orders per month organically after 9 months. I'm trying to get a strategy in place to follow and would appreciate your inputs.

What I've done so far-

a) redone the site, onpage

b) made product description pages more appealing following AIDA funnel model to some degree

c) kw research thru ahrefs and identified the main seed keywords and the long tails I should focus on

d) pumping 1-2 blog posts a day (500-1000 words)

f) get internal linking between blog posts, product pages to content pages, category pages etc etc.

As a result I see 2 of my products are ranking at page 3 and 5 respectively for combined keyword traffic of close to 8000-12000 per month

Would pumping some niche related high authority backlinks to these page and getting some in content backlinks help move them to page 1?

Next plan of action

1) Get backlink high quality, niche relevant backlink packages through BHW service providers for home pages, category pages and especially the product pages that are ranking between page 2 and page 10 (considering their relevance)

2) Continue to pump articles and content for long tails and keep expanding the keyword base for each product category silo

3) Hire a VA to manage the social media for FB and Insta engagement and drive some juice back to the site.

4) Finally, do product give aways or run a contest thru insta ads and fb for 1 year subscription to products and gather emails and targetting.

As a strategy do you think I should be doing anything different?
