Hey, I have a list of alot of health and fitness clients. I want to start a health and fitness membership site where they pay $30 a month, I will give them access to videos, ebooks, 24 hour personal coaching via emails so far, what else can I offer them?

My list is very active and alot of them will convert, but it's just getting then to stay in the membership that will be the problem, I need to offer as much value as possible... Anyone got any suggestions?

You should throw in a section on CrossFit Workouts... these types of workout have become very trendy and work really well. All you would do is post up a new routine daily. Good Luck!

I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for years. Kind of a passion of mine. A few things off the top of my head:

Skype consultations/coaching: maybe once a month they get a 20 min consultation to see how their workout/nutrition plan is going

Tailored Nutririon plans/guides section

Motivational newsletter

Point/Reward system for reaching goals: maybe access to extra workouts, recipies, a gift, etc. (NikeTrainingClub does this)

I'll think on it. I would love to hear of your progress. Keep me in the loop and maybe we can JV sometime in the future.

pilates, weightless exercises, rip insanity, rip p90x, rip jump programs to jump higher for sports, rip other ebooks, kettle ball exercises, rip fitness magazines

Lol cant i get "done" for just doing a straight rip? I am so tempted to just download and upload all there videos........................................... I guess I can rewrite articles.

well, members might not care if they are getting normally expensive course for one low price. just be careful with the original owners finding out and all

you can also add some tips in choosing clothes, and running shoes, equipment. etc. help them find some outdoor activities. best example is fun run..

I have more than 1.5GB of files related to your niche.
Let me tell to you, that if you post a hidden section to those who pay only and post about 2+ posts a day with photos or videos than it should be just fine.

Give them more, and keep them there ;)

hmmm, if your gonna be serious about this sot of thing, i would base it on PT on the Net

Target personal trainers.

I have a massive list of health professionals within UK. I work as head of web development for a company that suppplies fitness equipment to clubs like life fitness, fitness first, virgin active etc.

Throw in free supps monthly or something. Doesn't have to be anything expensive, just 3/4 testers that will cost you very little if you buy in the hundreds. You'll still be getting over $20 a month of them anyway
