headlines we're declined reason: dishonest behavior

Hello,

Has anyone here had experience with bypassing the block reason "dishonest behavior"?

Whenever I start my ads and include my main keywords in the ad headline, they get suspended for "dishonest behavior." I can get the ads live if I use headlines that are less specific and don't contain my main keywords, but this negatively impacts my conversion rate.

Niche: Social-Media, followers, likes etc.

If my ad runs for 2-3 weeks, I can sometimes add my main keyword to the headline without it getting suspended, but this typically only lasts for about 3-4 days.

Each time my ad headline is rejected and the entire ad is suspended, I file an appeal with Google. This process usually takes about 2-3 hours, but I often still receive a rejection. Could this be the exact point where cloaking might be a viable solution?

I've heard about cloaking as a potential solution to this issue.

hard to tell without knowing the exact headlines you are using, but you are most likely making a promise(s) that are not allowed on Google. like “gain X followers” etc
