lol he would be. probs bought monetized channel and doing this with some editing technique that is undetectable or CMS or copy claiming..

but he does not seem to have outro music.

i was checking with some guys about this.
there is infact some editing method that bypasses CID detection.
it's bug i think.

so they buy aged channel monetized and upload this until they get demonetized.
remember that if u bypassed CID, u will bypass both copyright detection + re used content.
until ur channel gets manually reviewed.
but that does not happen. 99 percent of the time it's bots demonetizing lol. and the bot is dumb.
learn ways to bypass and u r set
 
You realize there is a method where you don't need to edit anything right?

Its all using Youtube's very own tools, now you obviously don't want to make it look obvious and get someone manually review but hey it no one has manually reviewed his 12 million view video yet!

This really isn't the realm of fair use.
I doubt its getting monetized for him.

Look this for example


I checked other videos in some of his videos they're commentary and TV channel logo visible

So I'm really curious, the only way why is possible for me is to have an arrangement with someone in tv etc and he share his earnings but generally you need to note that in your video description.

This channel is from 2016 so what is the secret?
Not any copyright message in the description of his video...

What is CID detection please?

If I'm right everything is about a bot who check all the video if he not detect anything about copyright you're safe?

But no human check videos?

Maybe if you slow the video 1% for example, add little effect etc it can pass all the bot
 
All these youtubers with these kind of videos, buy old monetized channels.

This video total revenue goes to respected owner of this video/ studio/ or what ever this video authorship. I have 3 channels about movies and all the videos ads are showing. and yes, it's before the YT terms changed of course. They are getting the earning from my videos. So it's fair. I earn popularity by uploading those and also getting copyright claiming and I let them to earn from those. But what I'm using those channels to funnel the traffic to my original channels. Yes I'm using com bar posts to drag traffic from those channels.

And about this one. yes, they earn from this one. it's a fair percentage for the MCN and creator. Because it's in MCN. I have my own channel in MCN too. So I know what's going on and what to do to get approval of MCN's.

Is it a dodgy MCN or one of the mainstream well known MCN's? I wish TubeBuddy and VIDiq could reveal the network like it used to a few years ago.

People who using MCN's not revealing those information to public most of the time. But if you can do research in deep level you will find the information. In BHW there's few members using popular MCN's to get revenue, I just did my research and got much info about that. And also forget what I said above, and start to do better content and try to apply for MCN. I recommend scalelab.
