if you mean make money online, everything require a long search and browsing making money forums until you find something to make money without spending money, i really don't know your skills but for example if you are a good english writer you can offer this service in fiverr or peopleperhour

I did this. Started literally from the bottom. Didn't invest any money in the first 6 months (I simply didn't have money to invest in the very beginning).
2013 I started creating blogs (Blogposts, wordpress etc. - for free) in different niches, ranked them on Google (with web 2.0 and other free links) and earned money via CPA networks. Made me a few hundred bucks until I bought my own hosting and domains to get a higher conversation rate etc.
It is absolutely possible to earn without investing, you just need more discipline and work harder.
And don't let anyone tell you IT IS NOT possible. It is possible. Think out of the box
Little motivation: Since then I made $xxx,xxx, travelled to any country I want, lived in some nice places, bought my own apartment and a nice car. Started from the bottom now we here

You can become a copywriter and get some money. After that you can create your own blog.

Learn English first if you want to attract people with this language.
Yes, you can create blogs like @nakamura says, but start by mastering the language first.
People will not understand you if you write like this, in this post, OP.

You can make money with a zero budget through online work, if you have access to free WiFi. So long as you can identify your skills and strengths. You can opt for freelancing, its very easy and you only need to sign up for an account. Upwork, freelancer.com, guru, fiverr and people per hour are very good platforms to start from

It's really hard to make money in an unprofitable way. Even if you win, it's temporary. As he mentioned in his other friends, you can save a little bit of investment with small jobs offline or online, and then invest the money you earn with this investment in other jobs so that you can get a monetization process.
