Having Wordpress issues need help from Wordpress expert

I've been having some strange issues with a Wordpress site and hoping someone can help me or guide me down the right path.

Problems
1...Images cannot be inserted into post. They will upload but when I try to insert it goes back to the post and does nothing.
2...Comments awaiting moderation cannot be approved. When I click approved on a comment it will say approved but when I refresh admin page it has not been approved.


What I've done so far...

Disabled pluggins which seem to work for a short time but problems came back.
Scan entire site with sucuri online virus check.


I never install nulled themes and only use the free ones, currently using Iconic One.


I don't think it is a hack since everything else is working links and all.


This is beyond frustrating and I am hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.

Are you able to run a bug report and post the results?

test all your plugins by disablin them again, you have to try to fix the error, and then find out what is creating it, you said you did manage to do that, but then went back? what did you change between getting ir working and that happening? If you done nothing, then it sounds like its a host memory issue, who is your host?

I started by disabling one plugin at a time and when I do disable a plugin I can approve 1-3 comments or insert 1-3 pictures than the problem comes back.

I have all plugins disabled now except EasyAzon.

I use Hostmonster and haven't ever had any issues in the 4-5 years I been using them.

BTW this is a shared hosting account. I have two other sites setup almost identically theme and plugins. They are working with no problems.

Three pots of coffee and a few hours later I found that the wp-config file needed increased memory limit. All seems to be working again fingers crossed.

Oh man then it should have been throwing an alert at you if it was that. I had the same problem with my new site off and on. Turned out the php software on the server needed an update and my config file, more memory.
