Having troubles accessing the forum!

Hi guys, there's something wrong.
Cloudflare everytime starts with the Ddos protection when I open the website. Moreover, this morning I was recieving an error "403 forbidden" and often the website appears slightly slower.

I can't access anything on laptop, however using the phone works (works now)
