Hello BHW, I have 1 problem. I am running multi niche PPD website. Yesterday I was contacted by namecheap hosting staff, they said they received report from one gaming company and asked me to remove specific post. It was one of my most promising niches, but I decided what the hell, lets remove it and not get in trouble.

I answered that I removed that content, and got response:

"It seems that the content of the main page of the "my website" web-site is still associated with hacking activities which are forbidden according to our "Acceptable Use Policy". You may refer paragraph 8 "Prohibited Activities" at http://www.namecheap.com/legal/hosting/aup.aspx

What to do? My entire website is based on those niches so I guess I should just move to other hosting provider. I have paid namecheap full year of hosting service. Should I just tell them there is nothing wrong and that I won't change anything?

Which hosting provider would be the best to go with? And is there way to backup whole Wordpress website easily to just move it to other hosting company? Thanks.

Shared hosting companies doesn't allow these kind of PPDs. I suggest you to go for a VPS.

If your content is only for documentation/presentation purposes and you ware not selling hacking related services that shouldn't be a problem with shared hosting companies.

Change a host and use the namecheap account for some other website. And never advance pay for hosting sites like that.
