Having trouble with Followliker

I have read many many threads on the subject of Followliker. I keep messing around with the settings but nothing is seeming to work as far as gaining followers. When I do my settings, some of them don't seem to be working properly. I am new to the program and was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out. My account is small currently (around 850). Everyone on here is all over the place as to what the settings should be. Please p.m me if anyone is willing to talk for a little.
